Egon Zehnder International Prize 2008 awarded to Daniel Ferreira, Miguel Ferreira and Clara Raposo

The European Corporate Governance Institute (ECGI) has awarded this year’s Egon Zehnder International Prize to Daniel Ferreira, London School of Economics, CEPR and ECGI, Miguel Ferreira and Clara Raposo, both from the ISCTE Business School, for their paper entitled, "Board Structure and Price Informativeness". Pablo Sagnier, consultant at Egon Zehnder International, Barcelona, presented the award to Professor Clara Raposo in Barcelona at the beginning of April 2008. Egon Zehnder International is an institutional member of the ECGI and sponsor of the ECGI Working Paper Prize. The ECGI is an international scientific non-profit association founded to carry out research into Corporate Governance issues and to promote best practices.
